Sophie lives in Chicago, where she also works part-time as a perinatal therapist at Ashé Counseling & Coaching. She specializes in perinatal mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and OCD. Sophie attended the University of Chicago for undergraduate and graduate school, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work.
